CR architecture + design participated as an event sponsor for NAIOP Cincinnati’s August 24th Hotel Spotlight Dolce Medpace Site.

CR is serving as the Architect of Record for the The Summit, A Dolce Hotel located in Madisonville.

The Summit Hotel will be approximately 385,000 sq. ft. with 239-rooms. The hotel is an adaptive reuse being built as part of the former Medpace parking garage, with six additional stories added to increase the overall square footage and meet the desired room count as well as create the opportunity for an atrium in the core of the tower.

The hotel will feature a large conference space to accommodate Medpace gatherings and events as well as a 4th floor rooftop terrace.
