Rob Kozlowski joins CR architecture + design as Human Resource Manager Monday, January 18, 2021 Categories: News CINCINNATI, OH – January 2021 – CR architecture + design is pleased to announce that Rob Kozlowski has joined the firm as Human Resources Manager. His desire to empower managers, advocate for employees and drive corporate strategic goals, will make him successful at CR. Rob says “The key to our success is the people we have working for us. As our employees continue to develop and grow, so will our organization.” As Human Resources Manager, Rob will be primarily responsible for serving as a liaison between employees and management. He will lead efforts to explore and evaluate industry leading offerings, balancing cost, compliance, enrollment and reporting. Rob will be based in CR’s Cincinnati headquarters and report directly to its Director of Operations, Craig Fennig. “His experience in translating business needs into human resource initiatives will provide strategic guidance firm wide”, said Craig.
